Services
The specific inclusions, exclusions, deliverables and fees applicable to a particular service will be outlined on the relevant service page, proposal, quotation or agreement. We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue services offered through the website at any time.
Consultations
Where a consultation is purchased through our website, the consultation is provided for the duration and scope specified at the time of booking. A consultation provides professional design advice based on the information available to us at the time of the consultation. It does not constitute architectural, structural, engineering, building, electrical, plumbing, legal or other regulated professional advice. Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional before commencing building, renovation or other construction work.
Booking and Payment
Consultations must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide as much notice as possible. Consultations may be rescheduled by providing at least [24 hours] notice. Where sufficient notice is provided, we will endeavour to reschedule your consultation to another mutually suitable time, subject to availability. Cancellations will not be issued for change of mind.
We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion where circumstances warrant. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a consultation, the consultation will generally finish at the originally scheduled time. The consultation fee will not ordinarily be reduced or refunded because of a client's late arrival. If we are responsible for a delay or need to reschedule your consultation, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative.
Online Consultations
Where consultations are conducted by telephone or video call, you are responsible for ensuring that you have: a suitable device; reliable internet connection; any required video-conferencing software; a suitable environment for the consultation; and any photographs, plans, measurements or other information requested before the consultation. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, software or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Information Provided by You
You are responsible for ensuring that any measurements, plans, photographs, drawings, dimensions or other information you provide to us are accurate and current. Our recommendations may rely on the information supplied by you. We are not responsible for errors, additional costs or unsuitable recommendations resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by you. Where measurements are critical to the suitability of a product or design, you should have measurements independently verified by the relevant contractor, supplier or qualified professional.
DESIGN ADVICE & RECOMMENDATIONS
Interior design recommendations are based on our professional judgement, experience, aesthetic considerations and the information available to us. Design recommendations are subjective and may vary according to individual preferences, circumstances and the characteristics of a particular property. We do not guarantee that a particular design, product, colour, finish, material or recommendation will meet your expectations or perform in a particular manner. Where we recommend products from third-party suppliers, the purchase of those products may be subject to the supplier's own terms, warranties, availability and return policies.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING
Product availability, pricing, lead times, colours, finishes and specifications may change without notice and are generally outside our control. Where a product becomes unavailable, discontinued or materially changes in price or specification, we may recommend an alternative product where reasonably possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight companies, contractors or other third parties.
THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS & CONTRACTORS
We may recommend or refer you to suppliers, tradespeople, builders, manufacturers or other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, those third parties are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of Jess Panetta Interiors.
You are responsible for entering into any agreement directly with a third-party supplier or contractor. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, costs, warranties or performance of third-party suppliers or contractors.
PHOTOGRAPHY & PHOTO USAGE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may request permission to photograph, videograph or obtain photo's/video's of the project prior to design for reference.
We will not publish identifying personal information about you without your consent.
If you do not wish for your project to be photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from or in connection with our services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded but may be limited, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
