What's included: - An Initial Design Questionnaire to get to know you, the space and scope of works prior to our meeting - Assessment of any Moodboards, Paint Swatches, Samples, Floor Plans and applicable project works - Exclusive One Hour Video Chat with Jess and complete access her industry knowledge, expertise and design guidance. Meetings are conducted online via Google Meets - 7 days access to Studio Trade Accounts with up to 40% off the RRP for a 5% admin fee
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation and rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellations incur a $45 fee within 24 hours of your booking, no refunds within 1 hour prior to your booking. Consultation timeframe can be requested to be extended at $95 per half hour. Payment methods: Online checkout methods include Debit Cards and Credit Cards, powered by Wix.com. All website consultations are pre-paid and must be paid in full at the checkout.
