Service Description
An intensive 1 Hour Consultation with the studio; delving deep into the details of your project. From the nature of your business and its goals to the desired outcomes, target market, budget and timeline. What to expect: - An initial Design Questionnaire to get to know your business, the space, the target market and scope of works prior to our first consultation - In-person Initial Consultation delving into the project with more detail, suggesting services and conceptual designs that align with your brief and brand image. Hosted in Dural, Sydney, your consultation will last roughly 1 hour with the option to extend or add travel to your business/project site ($0.90 p/km) - A detailed Fee Package including project phases and costs tailored to chosen design services If you choose to proceed with our studio, the package will include: - The development of Conceptual Designs to visualise what the space will look and feel like, ensuring it's on the right path to achieving your business goals and target market - In-person handover and discussion of the design documentation package - organised with all of your projects selections, drawings and plans (Dural, Sydney) - Product stock ordering with complete access to studio trade accounts discounting up to 40% off the RRP - On-site check ins during the installation phase to ensure the original design intent is preserved Optional additions: + Travel fees for call outs & on-site consultations
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation and rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellations incur a $45 fee within 24 hours of your booking. No refunds within 1 hour prior to your booking. Consultation timeframe can be requested to be extended at $90 per half hour. Payment methods: Online checkout methods include Debit Cards and Credit Cards, powered by Wix.com. All website consultations are pre-paid and must be paid in full at the checkout. Security and fraud prevention: By ordering you understand that your personal information (name, email address, phone number, home address details, and payment information) may or will be collected and used solely to process the order, fulfil services, cover late fees and provide customer support.
